18. INT. KAMAR CARAKA. MALAM
CAST : CARAKA GIANDRA
Mari kita baca.
(membaca surat yang ada di gawainya)
TEXT :
Hi! Good afternoon, old oak locker.
This is my third letter. You must be looking forward to hearing what happened today.
CARAKA
Ya…
(membaca surat)
TEXT :
According to my promise written in the previous letter, I will tell you about the real fun that happened in Mrs. Kelly's class today. First I want to thank myself for my achievement of got an A+ in literacy reports. Mrs. Kelly kept complimenting me, so I couldn't look anywhere in embarrassment, and she cheered me up saying our class would be studying prose in the next few weeks. I'm really looking forward to it.
CARAKA

TEXT :
But it seems like my wish to join the literacy club must be postponed first. It's not only because I'm afraid of their eyes like I wrote in the previous letter but because my Violin practice will happen more and more frequently.
I haven't told you this, have I?
CARAKA (CU)
(terkejut)
Eh?
(melanjutkan membaca)
TEXT :
Yep, I joined the music club since the beginning of my middle school days. At first, I hoped that I could dare to appear in front of the crowd by joining this club. It's also because I really liked playing the violin since I was little.
Besides, often going to the city library during summer holidays, I also often practice playing the violin and play Greensleeves and Vivaldi Four Seasons (Winter) more often for the selection of participants who will be sent in competitions to represent the school. That's why I have to go to the music room more often to practice.
CARAKA (VO)(CU)
(kembali membaca surat)
TEXT :
Mr. Thompson said my performance was already very good, but he didn't trust me. He always said that I needed public speaking practice more than Violin practice. Yes, it is. My face always looks panicked, and it's very obvious.
I'm still unable to appear in front of the crowd. That's my fear. Because of that, Mr. Thompson always put me behind every music club called to play the orchestra in the performance hall.
CARAKA
(kembali membaca surat)
TEXT :
But Mr. Thompson is not that bad. After seeing all the music club members playing one by one, he said he would choose me to play solo part of the orchestra for the school representative but of course if I managed to overcome my fear. The fear that has arisen since I was a little. Maybe I'll tell you about this later.
CARAKA
TEXT :
This time it's up to here, old oak locker. Sorry, I don't have enough time to write this letter between class changes. I'll tell you about me again later.
CARAKA
TEXT :
Thank you for keeping my previous letters safe.
See you tomorrow morning,
Candala
CARAKA
