Giri, who had been observing from a distance, steps forward, his voice resonating with defiance.
GIRI
That's it! Whether we want to or not, we'll fight alongside Jaka and Sari! The Wanaras will join the battle!
Taksaka's anger intensifies, revealing his sinister plans.
TAKSAKA
Hahaha! Do you think I'll devour all the Manawas and Wanaras? No, I'll inflict misery upon them! Fruit will rot on the trees, and water sources poisoned... envision the chaos!
Taksaka's gaze fixates on the weapon in Jaka's hand, recognizing the Hanomanji Mace.
TAKSAKA
Hanomanji Mace! No wonder those monkeys dared to defy me! You're all finished!
Blinded by rage, Taksaka lunges at Jaka, jaws wide open, and fangs poised to crush his prey.
Jaka swiftly evades the attack, sidestepping the gaping jaws as they snap at empty air. However, the serpent's head swiftly redirects, threatening all three opponents simultaneously. Giri manages to evade by leaping onto a nearby cliff, leaving Jaka and Sari to maneuver swiftly on the ground, even though it seems futile.
Jaka swings the Hanomanji Mace, channeling his strength into a powerful strike. The club connects with Taksaka's head near his eye, but Jaka's undeveloped strength causes him to collapse to the ground.
The snake retracts his head momentarily before lunging at Sari. She narrowly dodges and prepares to strike back with the wind energy from her fan. However, to their astonishment, the dragon snake's thick skin remains unscathed.
Jaka swiftly swings the mace again, aiming for Taksaka, but the clever serpent evades the blow. Nevertheless, the force of the impact reverberates, pushing Taksaka slightly off balance. The sheer power of the mace becomes evident.
TAKSAKA
You annoying brat!
Focusing his attention on Jaka, Taksaka opens his snout wide and spews fire. Jaka, Sari, and Giri skillfully dodged the flames.
Suddenly, Taksaka shifts his target, directing the burst of fire at Sari. Jaka, without hesitation, steps in front of her, using the Hanomanji Mace to concentrate his inner strength into a shield. The clash of opposing elements—fire and water—creates a fierce struggle.
Unfortunately, due to his limited training, Jaka hasn't fully mastered the mace's water energy. Taksaka's fire manages to penetrate his body, causing agonizing pain as if he were being roasted alive. Jaka collapses to the ground, clutching the mace tightly.
Jaka, teetering on the edge of consciousness, watches as Taksaka positions his head, ready to devour him. It seems Hanomanji's club will become nothing more than a trophy in Taksaka's collection.
Just as the jaws of death descend, a concentrated blast of wind energy from Sari's fan pierces the side of Taksaka's head. The serpent recoils in pain, allowing Sari to stand strong with her fan raised.
SARI
(assisting Jaka to his feet)
How's your wound?
JAKA
(grimacing)
I can bear it. But I need some new clothes.
Jaka's skin bears only minor blisters thanks to his inner strength, but his shirt and headband are charred remnants. Only a vest and pants remain.
Giri calls out to Jaka and Sari, urging them to subdue Taksaka swiftly.
GIRI
Hey, you two! We must defeat Taksaka before he recovers!
Despite the excruciating pain, Jaka steps forward, gripping the Hanomanji Mace tightly in both hands. He cannot let this golden opportunity slip away.
However, it's too late. Jaka and Sari can only watch in astonishment as Taksaka regains his strength. The dragon snake repositions himself, holding his head high.
There is no escape route. Jaka and Sari could have taken advantage of the gap to flee, but doing so would only lead to misery for the Wanara and Manawa people.
Taksaka reaches the pinnacle of his rage. A massive fireball materializes between his gaping snouts.
TAKSAKA
I will burn you all!
Taksaka spits the fireball, causing it to break apart and spread flames in all directions. The land surrounding the serpent transforms into a sea of fire, leaving little room for any creature to escape, except those capable of climbing or flying.
TAKSAKA
(laughing triumphantly)
You are all finished! Wanara Village will suffer the same fate! My reign in Usangha will be eternal and unshakable!
Jaka stands tall, undeterred.
JAKA
Not necessarily. We're still here to shatter your ambitions!
To their surprise, Jaka, Sari, and Giri find themselves standing on Taksaka's back, safely out of reach of the licking flames. They sprint toward Taksaka's head.
TAKSAKA
Oh, yeah? Let me make sure of that!
Taksaka lunges, but Jaka, Sari, and Giri split up and climb the serpent's body from different points. Giri is the closest, but Taksaka's focus is solely on Jaka. The young warrior skillfully avoids each attack.
This time, Taksaka detects Jaka's movement and swiftly adjusts his head's trajectory from a peck to a sideways sweep. Jaka and Sari find themselves within range, on the verge of being swept into the sea of fire.
Unexpectedly, Jaka smiles.
JAKA
Gotcha!
With unwavering determination, Jaka leaps high into the air. Aware that the serpent's movements are slower than his own, he descends, bringing the mace crashing down upon Taksaka's head. The impact causes Taksaka's head to collide with his own body.
Dazed and disoriented, Taksaka struggles to lift his head, while Sari delivers a powerful fan thrust to the top of his skull. Giri, seizing the opportunity, unleashes a kick, channeling his inner power into the tip of his foot, aiming for Taksaka's eyes.
TAKSAKA
Not my eyes!
Taksaka recoils, transforming from a giant snake into a cowering human figure on the ground. Giri's kick misses its mark, and the magical fire dissipates.
Jaka and Sari drop to the ground, quickly rising to their feet, avoiding the still-smoldering terrain. Seeing Taksaka's human form cowering, Jaka rushes forward, the Hanomanji Mace poised to crush the serpent man's head.
However, Giri steps in, blocking Jaka's path.
GIRI
Wait!
